The Process
What to expect
A commission is a conversation. Nothing is cast, set or engraved until you have seen the drawing and agreed the materials and the price.
Step 01
Consultation
Tell us what you have in mind — in person at Via Riyadh, at the Beirut atelier, or over a video call. We listen, we sketch, and we advise on stones, gold colour and scale.
Step 02
Design & approval
You receive a drawing and a quotation in Saudi Riyals, inclusive of 15% VAT. The piece goes to the workbench only once you approve both.
Step 03
Handcrafted in Beirut
Your piece is made by hand in our atelier, then delivered to you anywhere in the Kingdom — or collected in person at the Riyadh flagship.
