• Complimentary delivery on orders above SAR 1,000. Below that, delivery is calculated at checkout.
• Made-to-order and personalised pieces may take up to 14 working days before they ship.
• Exchanges within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in the original packaging and condition. Personalised pieces are not eligible.

• Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap in warm water. Wipe enamel rather than soaking it.
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratches and tangling.
• Remove your jewelry before water, chlorine, salt or exercise, and put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
• We recommend a professional clean and inspection once a year — offered in house at the Riyadh flagship.
